The design process is starting point of manufacturing. We have focused on improving the design process to make highly productive dies and dies for precision products.
Die Design
The precise contacts are made from precise dies. But if the dies are not designed appropriately, even though the dies themselves are precise, the finish products will fail to carry out the desired function. As we have accumulated knowledge and experience, contacts produced by our die allow for extremely efficient performance.
We always struggle with precision in every product even if it is similar to past products we have designed. Producing a product whose tolerance is between 5 – 10 micro meters is one of the biggest challenges in production. But seeing the final product made from our die is very rewarding experience. Making products without adjustments and design changes motivates our team.
We accept orders from all over the world, and we also welcome die design orders.
Die parts manufacturing
Our dies manufacture ultra precise products. This precision is based on ultra precise die parts we make. We keep challenging ourselves to make absolutely precise die parts to meet our customer’s demand.
Our technology is highly regarded in this industry. We always aim to make absolutely precise die parts by skilled engineers and advanced technology.
The precision of die parts is one of the most important aspect. At present, we have highly advanced machines, but even now manual work by skilled engineers is always necessary. They have been trained for 5 – 10 years to be fully-fledged engineers. We always try to make absolutely precise products. This is very challenging but work worth doing.
Die assembly
Our highly skilled engineers make dies with their refined technology which enable us to make dies that manufacture extremely exact products.
As we accumulate knowledge and technology, we have succeeded in making dies which can work at 2,000 SPM (Shots Per Minute). This enables us to make products at low cost. Also we have succeeded in making probes for semiconductors industry with an inside diameter of 0.18 mm. Of course, this is not the end, and we continue to challenge ourselves to produce dies which can make even more difficult products.
