OEM (Connectors)
Even a small lot or trial production of connectors as well as mass production are welcomed. Depending on cost-performance, we will suggest the best way to assemble the connectors.
We manufacture connectors by fully automatic assembling machines equipped with image processing inspection. Furthermore, we can make a small lot of trial product connectors by hand-operated machines. Of course, we can mass-produce connectors. Depending on order size, we can suggest an effective way of hand-pushing assembly toward developing items.
Molding and assembly
We mainly manufacture stamped products. However, what is needed in order to manufacture connectors is not only stamped products but also plastic-molded housings. We supply OEM service to assemble connectors with stamped products and plastic-molded housings.
To meet the specification of connectors, we calculate the best dimensions of both stamped products and plastic-molded housings.
We have both horizontal molding and vertical molding machines. We use properly the full-automatic, semi-automatic, or hand-pushing assembling machines according to quantity.
Insert-molding
We put much importance on insert-molding service. We serve insert-molding with vertical molding machines and also accumulated knowledge of stamping dies. We always do our best to satisfy our customer's demand.
